Description

Join CalCyber.org as a Fundraising and Donor Management Intern and make a positive impact in empowering clients to leverage technology in our fight to end homelessness. You will contribute to innovative fundraising projects and learn how a top-level donor campaign and fundraising department operates in a tech non-profit organization based in California. Reporting to the Executive Director of Fundraising and Marketing, the intern will work remotely for at least 20 hours per week. Responsibilities: - Conduct customer research to create compelling case studies - Build an inventory of contacts by researching the best channels to identify potential donors - Track leads and closed deals properly in Auxila by coordinating with Account Executives - Conduct research of "philanthropic and donor organization" websites for benchmarking purposes - Assist with scheduling social media posts and manage social media accounts - Organize marketing and fundraising assets in to ensure easy access for cross-functional teams - Assist in creating verticalization of campaigns and workflows for enhanced engagement - Create and maintain competitive analysis reports to guide strategy-making - Gather and report data for analysis and insights - Provide support in other Fundraising and Donor communication administrative work as needed Requirements: - Junior or Senior student in Grants Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related majors from an accredited university - Excellent communication and organization skills - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Eagerness to learn about new technologies and trends in the fundraising and donor management fields
