to you all for the congratulations on my college acceptance
. I am so happy that I was able to share such an amazing moment in my life with all of you. It made it ten times mores special. :)
I got a few comments asking what college I was accpeted to – it is the College of Wooster

? I also was glad to hear your opinions about kombachu! I have decided that I will try it again, and I think i will search around for the mango flavor. From what I have heard it is the best.
So tonight I wanted to blog about Wednesday’s awesome rawesome challenge. My friends Katie
and myself have all been planning to have this Awesome Rawesome Challenge for a month or two now. The plan? To eat as close to 100% raw as we could for one day. We came up with a loose idea of what our menu’s would look like for the day…
Breakfast – Smoothie
Lunch – Wrap
Dinner – Raw soup and a salad
Dessert – Your choice!
I had so much fun planning out my menu and prepping everything! Here is what my day looked like.

Breakfast was my usual green smoothie - why mess with a good thing? A couple pieces of fresh fruit and a handful of cashews along side made it a perfect start to my day.
Lunch were romaine wraps with my spin of Averie’s creamy tahini dressing. Make this now! It was so simple to make and delicious.
Afternoon snack was a couple pieces of un-pictured fruit.
Dinner was a carrot and avocado soup, and a vibrant salad filled with spinach and other greens.
Dessert was chai vanilla banana soft serve with a triple berry sauce and dried papaya. Oh yeaaaa.
What do you say ladies, shall we do this again? :) Would anyone else like to participate, just one day a month? I am determined to show that raw foods can be simple delicious. While they can be time-consuming, they don’t have to be.
